MAXCO Chain’s Seal Guard roller chains provide maintenance-free operation and are now available for larger-pitch, heavy-duty roller drives, saving you both time and money.

These roller chains do not require continuous lubrication, yet they possess the same strength and working load capability as standard duty roller chains.

Seal Guard roller chains also operate over a wider range of temperatures and speeds than standard duty chains.

Unique Contact Seals Enhance Durability

Seal Guard roller chains’ unique stainless steel contact seals are more durable than conventional O-rings.

Installed between the link plates, these seals retain a high-quality bearing grease inside the chain joint. This keeps out damaging abrasives like grit and other debris that decrease chain life while sealing in high-quality lubricant. This minimizes elongation due to chain wear and improves wear life.
