Effective January 1st 2022 Maxco Maxco Ltd. will officially change its corporate name to: MAXCO Chain Ltd.
MAXCO, Chain Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of “Japan Chain Holdings” (JCH) a special purpose company owned by the private equity firm Rising Japan Equity (RJE) of Tokyo Japan. This name change fully communicates our status as an independent company separate from the MAXCO Group.
Our new Corporate Logo below reflects our continuing commitment to the industrial chain industry. We will continue to be a full-line supplier of Industrial Roller Chain, Engineering Class Conveyor chains, Wastewater treatment chains, and components, and roller chain sprockets
Despite the change in shareholders the new company will continue to operate in the same manner as before. Our product offerings, factories, and brands will remain the same and we will work to expand our current capabilities. In Japan, the manufacturers of both our Inspire Series Roller Chain and our Engineering Class Chains including our SAV715 stainless steel wastewater chains are also subsidiaries of Japan Chain Holdings.
